Wildlife you'll see

Eastern grey kangaroos and red-necked wallabies: most evenings on the lawns.

Koalas: occasionally in the eucalypts above the gazebo. Shy — look up slowly.

Birds: kookaburras (loud at dawn), crimson rosellas, king parrots, magpies, willie wagtails, the occasional wedge-tailed eagle overhead.

Echidnas: sometimes near the walking tracks. Don't pick them up.

Please don't feed any of them — including the kangaroos and the kookaburras. It changes their behaviour and ultimately harms them. We've worked hard for them to behave like wildlife, not pets.
