Eastern browns and red-bellied blacks are around the property in warmer months (October–April). They'll move first if they hear you coming — make noise on the walking tracks; stamp your feet.

If you see one inside your villa (very rare): leave the room, close the door, call 07 4681 2726. Don't try to remove it yourself.

Kangaroos: don't approach. Males in spring can be territorial — give them a wide berth.
